These Terms govern access to and use of SilkRouter websites, APIs, dashboards, documentation, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Early access service
The service is provided as an early access preview. Features, routes, providers, limits, and availability may change. Production use should require a written agreement.
Accounts and API keys
- You are responsible for keeping API keys confidential.
- You may not sell, sublicense, or expose API keys to third parties without permission.
- You must promptly notify SilkRouter if an API key is leaked or misused.
Usage limits and billing
SilkRouter may enforce rate limits, credit limits, spend caps, per-key limits, and fraud controls. Prepaid credits are consumed according to actual service usage and may be subject to route-specific pricing.
Customer content
You retain rights to your content. You grant SilkRouter the rights necessary to process content, route requests, provide outputs, secure the service, debug issues, calculate usage, and comply with law.
Restrictions
You may not use SilkRouter for spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, harmful automation, sanctions evasion, harassment, illegal surveillance, or other prohibited uses listed in the Acceptable Use Policy.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.
